Shipping & Refunds
Learn how our SaaS platform is delivered and understand our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Delivery (Shipping)
Because XOBO is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, all of our products and services are delivered entirely digitally. We do not ship physical goods.
- Instant Activation: Once your payment is successfully processed, your account is activated immediately. You will receive a welcome email with access instructions to your dashboard.
- Service Availability: Our platform is cloud-based and accessible 24/7 via any modern web browser from anywhere in the world.
- Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your welcome email or face issues accessing your account after payment, please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately at support@xobo.io.
2. Subscription Billing
Our services are billed on a subscription basis (either monthly or annually, based on your selection). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (the "Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or XOBO cancels it.
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in choosing XOBO. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For all new subscriptions, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform within your first 14 days, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.
- Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, if you decide to cancel after the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining months on the plan. You will retain access until the end of your annual cycle.
- WhatsApp Messaging Credits: Any pre-purchased credits for WhatsApp messaging API usage are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits are non-refundable upon account cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible 14-day period, please submit a request to our billing department at billing@xobo.io. Please include your registered account email and (optionally) the reason for the refund to help us improve. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact our support team to resolve any billing issues or to request a valid refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks incur significant administrative costs. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your XOBO account.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard within the app. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your account will remain active until the end of the current paid period. After that period ends, you will lose access to premium features, but your account data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy (or deleted if you request Account Deletion).
